  Rooms are equipped with everyting needed for a comfortable  stay. Bed, desk and study space, smart storage and a spacious closet. Every room has a modern ensuite bathroom, with a toilet, sink and shower cubicle.

• Gym and Rooftop Swimming Pool

  Get some exercise and some sunshine! Our fully equipped gym and an awesome rooftop swimming pool is included in your rent and is available for you to use anytime. It's timetabled so there are some times which are single sex.

• Kitchen

  The shared apartments have a  common living area and an open kitchen, fitted with a cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, table and chairs, and a squishy sofa area and TV for relaxing after those long days of study. Studios come equipped with private kitchens.

• Segregation

  The building is segregated based on UAE norms, offering different living spaces for Male and Female students. However, the common spaces have no segregation, so you can relax and hang out with your friends.

• 24 Hour staff

  Our friendly customer support team is available onsite 24 hours a day. Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and well being, help and support is always available for you.

• Outdoor Terrace

  If you fancy relaxing with a coffee or studying outside our outdoor terrace is the perfect place to get some piece and quiet and chill out with friends in the evenings.

• Security and CCTV

  All entrances are access controlled and the residence is monitored by CCTV, staff are on-site 24/7 and there is always someone available to help whenever you need it. 

• Study Room

  We all know Uni Libraries fill up quickly, so if you need a quiet space to study why not check out our dedicated study room? It works a treat!

• Free Laundry & Car Parks

  Laundry facilities are available in every flat, so that you can easily wash and dry your clothes. A car park facility comes along included in your rent.

• Wifi

  High-speed broadband and Wi-fi is available throughout the entire building. We know how important is it to stay connected.

• Cleaning

  A bi-weekly room clean is included in your rent, plus all the common areas are taken care of by us too so you can focus on your studies.

• Shuttle Bus

  We provide a free shuttle-bus service with multiple trips that go directly to universities, education hubs and the best shopping and entertainment districts.

• Maintenance

  If anything does go wrong, our maintenance team will ensure it's fixed as quickly as possible.
