Your New Home in the Heart of the UAE. 

Dubailand is our flagship residence in Dubai, designed and managed exclusively for students (that’s you!), we’re located super close to many of Dubai’s educational hubs, like Dubai International Academic City (DIAC) just 15 minutes away, Dubai’s Business Bay / Satwa and Dubai’s Knowledge Park just 30 minutes away. We like to make student life as easy as possible, so we provide a free shuttle-bus service that goes directly to universities, education hubs and the best shopping and entertainment districts.

Once you get to the weekend they’ll be no shortage of things to do! Dubai Creek, home to many of Dubai’s parks, souks and museums is just 20 minutes bus ride away, you can even get a boat tour from there! Mirdif City Center is best for shopping, catching a good film at the cinema or bowling with your new friends. There’s loads more to Dubai like the Khalifa, Mall’s Beaches and Marina, why not read all about it in our Students Guide to Dubai! There’s always something to do or see in your spare time.

If you want to share your university experience (and a room!) then our Twin Share Rooms are perfect for you. If you prefer your own space then we have Single Rooms and Studio Rooms. All our room options come complete with an en-suite shower room, smart storage, comfy beds and lot’s more included in your rent:

Twin En-suite Room in a 7 Bedroom Apartment Each room is fully furnished and designed to make shared living as easy as possible. Your furniture includes comfy single beds, wide desks, study chairs, wardrobes, plenty of smart storage space, a lockable drawer for both students and a modern en-suite bathroom. You'll have access to a shared kitchen/diner within your flat between 14 people and all the communal spaces within the building. You can rent with a friend or we can find a suitable match for you, we know that sharing a room with another person can be a daunting experience, so we make sure we do the very best to match you to a suitable flatmate. Fully Furnished

Bedrooms come equipped with a comfy bed, wide desk and study space, smart storage (including storage under the bed and shelving) and a spacious wardrobe.

Cleaning

A weekly room clean is included in your rent, plus all the communal areas are taken care of by us too so you can focus on your studies.

24 hour staff

Our friendly customer support team is available onsite 24 hours a day. Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and well being, help and support is always available to you.

En-suite Shower Room

A modern en-suite shower room with shower, WC, sink and mirror comes with each of our room types.

Air Conditioning

Every room comes equipped with a central chiller, controlled independently by you.

Laundry

Laundry facilities are available in every property, so that you can easily wash and dry your clothes, this is included in your rent.

Bills

That’s water, electricity, gas, air conditioning and internet. It's easy to live with us!

Maintenance

If anything does go wrong, our 24-7 maintenance team will ensure it's fixed as quickly as possible.

Segregation

All our apartments are segregated offering different living spaces for Male and Female students.

Internet (WiFi)

High-speed broadband and Wi-fi is available throughout the entire building. We know how important is it to stay connected.

Kitchen

All residents in shared apartments will have use of a communal kitchen and living area, providing a cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, kitchen table and chairs, and a squishy sofa area and TV for relaxing after those long days of study.

Gym

Like to keep in shape? It's easy with us as a fully equipped gym is included in your rent and is available for you to use anytime.

Rooftop Swimming Pool

Need we say more? This good sized pool can be used by all our residents, get some exercise and some sunshine! It's timetabled so there are some times which are single sex.

Study Room

We all know Uni Libraries fill up quickly, so if you need a quiet space to study why not check out our dedicated study room? It works a treat!

Outdoor Terrace

If you fancy relaxing with a coffee or studying outside our outdoor terrace is the perfect place to get some piece and quiet and chill out with friends in the evenings.

Security

Safety and security of our students is our number one priority. A personal access card is provided to each resident to ensure only residents enter the building, staff are on-site 24/7 and there is always someone available to help if you need it.

CCTV

We use state of the art CCTV in all of our properties to ensure your safety and security.

Shuttle Bus

We provide a free shuttle-bus service that goes directly to universities, education hubs and the best shopping and entertainment districts.

The room size is perfect for a student and they provide all kind of facilities from cleaning to transportation. The location is very near to the universities which is very convenient for the students.
